Yes, THS is haunted. As a student at Taylor High School, I can personally say that there is something eerie about the old instiution. Lights on the second floor flicker without reason. Doors slam shut of their own accord. There are accounts of death at Taylor High School. Years ago, a custodian was working on the third floor after hours. He suffered from a fatal heart attack, falling off a ladder to his death. During construction on the school, workers reported seeing an old man on the third floor, a custodian. No custodians were clocked in at that time. Another tragedy struck the school, but the story is often falsely reported. I've heard it from a witness, the lifeguard on duty the day that a girl drowned in the pool. The lockerrooms in the pool area are creepy. One gets the feeling off being stared at when alone. Toilets flush on their own. Walking down the hallway towards the pool entrance on the side opposite of the lockerrooms also has its down sides. It gives one a feeling of dread and impending doom, regardless of what class you're heading to. Another story, more of an urban legend has no root to my knowledge. It is said that if you go to the high school at night and turn off your headlights, if you are to look up into the windows on the third floor, you will see children running around and playing.
