yes
Gmod is only for the computer. You just install Steam (you can install it buy going to Steam.com) and then there you have it. But you will need a source, so will need to buy either Tam Fortress 2 or Half-Life. Gmod is also 10$.
Counter Strike Sourse (css) Day of Defeat (DOD) definitly workohters that might workTeam fortress 2Half-life 2Episode 1Episode 2Episode 3 (coming out soon
no it cost 10 bucks on steam plus u need 1 source game like counter-strike source or half-life 2 there are others but these and day of defeat source are ones you should get first css=$20 hl2=$20 dods=$10 gmod=$10 total=$60 you dont need all I suggest getting Team Fortress 2 bundle.
Any Source GamePreferably CS:S as most gmod users have this
To manually place Counterstrike source files in GMod you will have to drag them either into the common folder or the folder with your name on it.
I'm not sure entirely what you mean by Does gmod work on Counter Strike Source because they are two completely different games. If you mean "Does gmod work with only counter strike source resources?" then Yes. It works with, at the least, any one source game. That includes CS: source, Half Life 2, etc. Yours truly, RJ
No you cannot because Counter Strike 1.6 runs on the original counter strike engine. Every game on garrysmod must run from the Source Engine or any game ran off of HL2. From my memory, These are the requirments. You must have ONE for gmod to work. Garrys Mod*Required Half Life 2 *You need this for basically everything in Garrys mod Half Life 2 Episode One Half Life 2 Episode Two Counter Strike Source Team Fortress 2 Half Life Source Day of Defeat Source

Team Fortress 2, Gmod, Left 4 Dead 2, Counter Strike, Killing Floor, Dota 2,
Type in on youtube: "Heavy is telephone" and well, it's pretty crazy. Team Fortress 2 rules!
You cannot do this in gmod. You need to use a program called Source SDK (software development kit.) you can find this program on the internet or on steam. (note: this program is extremely complex.)
First you must have Team Fortress 2. If you have TF2, then open the props menu by pressing and holding down q. At the top, open the Team fortress 2 props list. Select the props/ragdolls to generate them.
