The Bible is indisputably real, insofar as every book is real. It physically exists in the form of literature and it philosophically exists within the minds of those who read it. The debate is whether the story it outlines is fact or fiction. Here is some input on that debate from Answers.com contributors:
In the Bible both Peter and Andrew were real brothers.
yes

God is real and the Bible is a reliable book especially the gospels because in the gosples they are all written by different people and they are proven very reliable because they don't contridict themselves.
Their is only one real bible! It was inspired by men of God. Their are no other bibles. Their are other books that are meant to be the bible but to me they will not even be counted close to the real word of God! The only bible that is true is the 1611 King James version translated by King James himself a long time ago. Man has taken God's word and has re-written it to match our up-to-date world. But it isn't real... Just another book that was written and should never have been published! Take my word for it... Their is only 1 real bible.
The Satanic Bible by Anton LaVey is real.
