It depends on the part of town. The mid section and downtown area once beautiful is now a cross between New York City and in my opinion a poverty stricken trash can inhabited by people who think its cool to be geto and gangsta. However the out skirts of the city near surrounding towns like wolcott are a very quiet rule town like areas with all single family houses built on old farm and prairie land.
