I'm afraid, No. WikiAnswers is not better in mobile view because you can't improve answers during mobile view nor flag questions in mobile view.
WikiAnswers does have an optimized mobile web version to view on mobile devices. It is part of the main Answers.com mobile web version. You can use the same web address (URL) on mobile devices and you will automatically be transfered to the mobile version (with an option though to view the page in regular mode).
The only way to do this is to scroll down to the bottom and click "standard view", unless you're a Supervisor.
You can get to Wikianswers on a mobile, but it isn't mobile friendly so it isn't particularly ergonomic.

The mobile WikiAnswers site is a bit quirky. To see answers, you will need to add an extension on the URL. Simply touch the address line at the top of your screen, position the cursor at the end of the address, remove any existing extension by backspacing, and type the following: &action=view. This should result in the standard view of the question with the current answer.
You would scroll down to the bottom of the page and it says Standard View. Click it (or tap it) to get to the page you would see on a regular computer.
When looking at a map online or on a mobile phone, a person can swtich from Mobile View to Standard View. This is done in order to get a different view of the layout.
