Yes. We're always working on projects to make the site better and more reliable. I know that it isn't always easy to tell, but the back end people work tirelessly to keep things going around here, and to make our experience better on the site. We also get suggestions on the forum all the time about things that people would like to see, and we work those suggestions into our vast list of things that we would love to do. :) We take things off that list and implement them as we can, and since I've been here, I've seen a lot of improvements happen.
There is also a team of people who improve things on the site every day. ... It is a huge site, and we all know that it isn't perfect, but we try to make it better every day. ... And you can be part of that team if you want to be. It is a wiki, which means anyone can participate in making it better. Please join us in making the site better and better. :)

WikiAnswers cannot read minds and tell what might have changed from when you were hired - you will have to answer this question honestly and tell them if there is anything that might prevent you from doing your job.
WikiAnswers is already rather popular. On most search engines, such as Bing or Google, if you ask a question, the WikiAnswers result should appear as one of the first couple of options for you to click on. There are also WikiAnswers blankets, hats, and other items to show your gratefulness to WikiAnswers. ____ WikiAnswers is always trying to attract more users by answering more questions, and improving answers that we already have.

The only way to know that is to see your doctor for prenatal care, as you should be doing when pregnant. WikiAnswers is not a doctor, nor can we diagnose anything over the internet.
