Partially Yes. In cases where a concrete answer can be provided, responsible answerers and community users would provide a correct answers. In other cases, they try to give the best possible opinion they have towards the question.
Note: There are loads of people who try to waste their time in the community by posting nonsense as answers. Such answers cant be considered as opinions or even answers.
