Not in most cases, but in one case it did not post my comment on one of the news stories, so that censorship has not helped it's opinion in my view.
If it is anything similar to answers.com, then I would suspect that some of the people who participate are biased. In other words, I wouldn't blame the company. If lots of people participate in a debate for example, it is inevitable that they have different opinions.
