Zeus is God. See Acts 17:28.

AnswerZeus was the chief god of the Greek pantheon.

Acts 17:28 says: "For in him we live and move and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we also are his offspring."

In context, Paul is here preaching to the people of Athens on Mars Hill and using the writings of Greek philosophers to preach about the one true God.

The God about which Paul preached, was most certainly not Zeus but the one true and eternal God of The Bible, who made the world and who has had real dealings with people in space and time. Paul was seeking to draw the attention of his hearers away from the many idols which he saw (including Zeus no doubt) to the one true God.

Zeus, being the creation of man's imagination could have no effect whatsoever on a God who is not only real but all-powerful.
