No Way! I love my 93 Probe Gt. The car rocks. If you get the GT it's pretty fast to. I work at Advance Auto Parts and three of the guys that work there including me own the same car! It's by no means a girls car.
It is important to check and maintain the fluid levels while owning a car. The transmission dipstick of a 1993 Ford Probe is located behind the engine, to close to the firewall and it has a yellow cap.
i dont know but have one they are small and i have mosts part in places you would not think love my red probe/great car
Yes, the car was exactly the sam for those years. Usually, the car parts comply until they change the body style completley. Or, buy a universal automatic window regulator. Patrick
No it won't. I had a 95 Ford Probe Se 2.0L and when the transmission went i upgraded to a 93 Probe Gt 2.5L V6 and my insurance didn't change at all. I love the car.
Check the back of the car.
YES it is
it is located on the passenger side of the car behind the water pump and timing belt and sprockets. its a tough job
NO you can't because a ford probe Gt is a v6 while the ford probe base is a flat 4. Because of this the car is shaped differently including the bumper so you need to order a bumper for a base ford probe. this guy is wrong it is a direct bolt on and its inline 4 not flat 4
in the tank
hi! i had the same problem on my '94 SE and it was caused by the distributor.
if you pull out one of the wires turn the car on while its idling you should hear a clicking coming from the spark plug well
if its in good condition its about the best car your going to get, they may be old but they run amazing and they are cheep on gas, and huge engine for a small car, my ford probe has a truck engine in it, 3.0L V6
