Yes it was a real good engine, and still is.
10w40 would be a good choice for this engine.
1969.
You mean what does 327 mean? It's stands for 327 cu. inches. As in the displacement of a motor.
The Chevy 350 is 5.7 liters the 327 is 5.3 liters
327 engine
yes.
no
The 5.3L engine would equal aprox 327 cubic inches.
That would be a destroked motor, and would result in a 285.
327 is a Chevy motor. Mostly put in a older Impala or older Malibu, But you can do swap and put it in anything that has the same set up.
327/275 and 300hp, 8 degrees btdc.
The 327, is a 4 inch bore, but, it is a small journal motor, so no. However, in 66, and 67, Chevy made the L72, which is better known as the 350hp, 327. Vettes, and various other hot rod packages, in the Nova, Chevelle, Elcamino could be gotten with this motor, 2 years only. Being high performance/heavy duty, they made this motor with a large journal, which is what a 350, is. So, this one, specific 327, 4 bolt main, large journal, yes.
