I do not see why not. They are individuals who have the right to choose for themselves who they associate with. Yes their beliefs may be different, but as far as friendship goes they are entitled to choose who they feel comfortable with, who have the same or similar interests. Though their beliefs may be different , a friend is a friend no mater what their religious beliefs. They are friends for friendship sake and not because of their religious beliefs, if this were so then there would be disagreements clouding there associations with each other. Both would be strong in what they believe in and they would have the right to be so. The relationship may not go any further unless one of them converts to the others religion, but a genuine friendship will last for ever.

Islam religion is not merely ritual worships but rather is a way of life. One who is Muslim is committed with a contract with God to follow Islam teachings per Quran and prophet Muhammad Sunnah (sayings and practices). Accordingly, all Muslim sayings and doings should be matching Islam teachings.

Per Islam teachings, all sexual acts (oral or intercourse sex) is not allowed outside licit marriage between man and woman.

Per Islam teachings, a Muslim girl could get married with only a Muslim man (not Mormon or Christian or Jew or Hindu, or...)
