All microorganisms except viruses are comprised of cells. Viruses are incomplete cells. Other microorganisms are either one-celled (prokaryotic) or comprised of small clusters of cells (simple eukaryotic).

We cannot consider cell as a micoorganism. However there are are some microorganism that are uni cellular, those single celled organims comes under the mcroorganism category. But broadly speaking cell is not a microorganism
