Actually, all birds of both genders have a cloaca. For a male bird, a peacock in this case, their equivalent of a penis is located inside the cloaca. The cloaca is a common duct used for urination, defecation, copulation, and ovulation (females). Everything we do with 2-3 openings below, a bird does with just one.

The cloaca is the part of a bird's body through which liquid and solid waste is eliminated. In female birds, such as the peahen, the cloaca takes the place of the vagina.
