Depends on the condition of the coin. Is it in normal condition? Was it run over or something? Sometimes the mint makes errors where they use the wrong metal and stamp out a different coin. In "Price Guide to Mint Errors" by:Alan Herbert, I haven't seen any that you have described.

Sorry to pop your bubble, but if it's half copper on one side and half silver or nickel on the other, you have a novelty item made by the same methods that are used to create those "rare, valuable" (NOT!!!!!) double-headed magician's coins that turn up in change all the time.
