If it is a Woodsman 2nd or 3rd model ,it was produced around 1974.
That sn was used in 1949 and 1969 for the 2nd and 3rd model MT.
The Colt frontier .22 model K with that serial number was made in the first year of production, 1960 as the 2nd year, 1961, started with 3088K.
Colt's manual with the 2nd Generation 06/80 to 04/82 specify #11.
True 1847 Walkers highest is 1340, if you include the 1st 2nd and 3rd model Dragoons and modern production up to 1978 the highest number is 24502
Call Colt, they will tell you. Yes PC1470 is a valid serial # for a Colt SAA Centennial model. There were 1501 produced in .45 LC and 1501 in 44-40 WCF as well as 501 matched pairs. Serial #'s ran from PC0001-PC1501 on both caliber's. Another interesting thing if you have one of the 44-40's it is worth a bit more because they are the only 2nd Generation SAA's made in 44-40 wcf
