That should be Armi San Marco of Italy, IIRC. Best known for their reproduction ball and cap revolvers, and copies of the Colt Single Action Army, their firearms were of fair quality. I believe the company was sold some years back, so parts may be a problem
Go to the Ruger website, under customer service, historical data, revolvers, find your model, and the years of production are listed there by serial number.
