I believe that all timeshares should be treated with kid gloves. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
It hasn't yet been reported as a scam - that does not mean it is or isn't, however!
Well, if you hear any report that a certain company is a scam, better not deal with it right away. You can confirm if it is legal or not. Try calling the BBB in your local area.
Check it with BBB. Scams are very prevalent in this industry nowadays. Better be cautious when dealing with such companies.
YES they are!!!
Yes
Yes, it's a scam. An "advance fee" scam. They say they have a buyer for your timeshare, but you have to pay them a fee up front. You pay, and find out that there is no buyer, and you've lost your money. If you hear a lot about a certain company that it is a scam, better get rid of it as early as possible. You can also inquire to BBB in your local area.
Yes! Stay away from them! This is a scam company!
I believe it may be a scam!!
This company is part of a clever scam--I have been misled by supposedly clever web site(however check the spelling errors). Their role was to act as keepers of escrow funds, but clearly they operate in conjunction with another company Vacation Investment Solutions, supposedly remarketing timeshare weeks.
No not a scam, it's just not for everyone. Research timeshare before committing to any holiday club
I heard its a ponzi scam beware of it.
No... it is totally FAKE... This is scam don't believe it
A common scam is to offer gifts to potential renters. For instance, a bike may be offered as a gift; and, at the end of the day the gift turns out to be a toy bike. Another scam is to offer deals to those who already own timeshares by promising them that their first timeshare will be sold, with almost no effort. The majority of the time this is not the case.
It is a scam. if you receive any job offer from any Nigerian company that requests you to pay any money it is a scam. Beware.
Its a scam
