Jewish law states that a convert is counted as a Jew and that it is improper to single out converts or hold their conversion against them. There are some opinions in the Talmud that suggest that a convert should not have authority over born Jews, but these do not carry much weight, so today, you can find converts who have become Rabbis and synagogue presidents. It is impossible to convert to become a Cohen or Levite, those are completely hereditary and receive minor synagogue honors to this day.

Yes. Traditional Jewish law makes it clear that it is improper to hold a convert's status as a convert against him or her.

No. Firstly, Judaism allows any non-Jew to convert to Judaism, if they sincerely want to live as a Jew. Secondly, Judaism believes that non-Jews also fulfill their mission in this world by fulfilling the "7 Noahide laws". Lastly, simply been born Jewish is not sufficient - even born-Jews need to follow the Torah and its 613 commandments.

No, Christianity was not born out of Judaism. In reality, Christianity is based on the rejection of Judaism. Additionally, Judaism is not something to be fulfilled, it is a way of life given to us Jews as to how we can live righteously.
