Not necessarily
"Magnum" refers to the cartridge, not the firearm. The Desert Eagle fires Magnum cartridges. What you're probably asking is the difference between a revolver chambered for Magnum cartridges, and a Desert Eagle semi automatic pistol. Of the two, the revolver would typically be much more practical.
No. While Dan Wesson DID make a .44 Magnum revolver, it was not known as a Desert Eagle. IMI made a .44 magnum Desert Eagle Auto pistol, but not a revolver.
Yes
There is no "better". One is a revolver, the other an auto pistol. The Anaconda sells for more (by a LOT) but is no longer being produced. Different people are looking for different things- sort of like which is better- strawberry or cherry?
As said below, the Desert Eagle is not a revolver. It is also not cheap, nor in my opinion an especially impressive handgun except to those that fell in love with video games, and do not shoot real firearms.
Depends on which revolver, and which Desert Eagle. There are revolvers made that fire higher energy cartridges than any DE. Your question is sort of like which is faster, a car or a truck? Depends on which car, which truck.
Desert Eagle akimbo because you get better fire rate
Desert Eagle's fit your every need, Trust no Peashooter.
There's a .44 Magnum variant of the Desert Eagle.
PIE!
Desert Eagle. Desert Eagle. Desert Eagle. Desert Eagle. Desert Eagle.
no you can only get a nine mm a silenced 9mm and a desert eagle which you can find behind zeros for free
