No, you can not get a license anywhere in the United States if your driving license has been suspended for any reason. The reason being is that now the DMV has this nifty little system where they can see all the states you have had drivers licenses and what kind of driving violations have occured. Back like 5 years ago they didnt have this so you could have but now you cant.
