There are always appeals, Supreme Court . Best get some good legal advice.

Added; If the question refers to the sentence of a US District Court Judge, an appeal can be filed with the US Court of Appeals for that Circuit - and if unsuccessful, perhaps the US Supreme Court but you would definitely have to have a precedent setting case to even get your appeal accepted.
