no, the elite four have like lv 60+ Pokemon. the garchomp could kill all your Pokemon in one shot. its lv 66.

Your first priority should be evolving your level 61 gligar into a gliscor. Then, I think that you need a ghost and/or ice type. You see, you have two flying types in staraptor and gligar. I would drop staraptor as its defence is weak. I would take a Gengar perhaps. But, you can still beat the Pokemon league and champion with this team :)

you should use if starting with infernape you should use infernape luxaray gyrados dialga staraptor if staring with empoleon you should use empoleon dialga garchomp staraptor drapion and luxaray and starting with torterra torterra staraptor dewgong lucario dialga and drapion

Use Torterra, Staraptor, Lucario, and Dragonite. Keep in mind that you will have to have more pokemon. Always try to have as many double-types as possible. you should use dragonite you should use dragonite there all good but i think you should go with snorlax Snorlax definitly, since he's got a huge defence and a lot of HP, plus he learns Giga Impact and Hyper Beam.
