There are several reasons a male breast can hurt, feel hard, and that can also cause the nipple to hurt. You should probably see your doctor to rule out the worst possibilities. It could well be an insignificant problem.

∙ 11y agoCould be fatty tissue, or something more serious. Contrary to belief, males suffer from breast cancer aswell as females. I would visit a doctor just to be sure.
