I'm not sure what you mean by the question, but if you mean can females be priests in the Catholic Church the answer is 'no'. Although there are movements within Catholicism to allow women to become priests, the willingness of the heirarchy to allow this is a long way off.
However, in many other denominations such as the Anglican Church, Methodism, the URC and so on women can become priests or ministers with the same rights and privileges as men, and have been allowed for many years.
