sexual abuse does not have make someone gay or straight. Victims of sexual abuse bond with their abusers. So a man who was abused by a man might find himself attracted to men not because he is gay but because he wants in a way for the abuse to happen again. As odd as this sounds it does happen. this happened to me.
I am gay because I want to be with a man because I find him attractive not because I want to bond with abuser again. Here's a way to find out if your gay. Do you want to love a man or a woman? Who do you want to be with you in the hard times? Do you want a man or woman to love you? Search deep down inside.
Also therapy is a necessity for you. You need someone to help you sort out this mess. I have been in therapy for a long time. It has helped me tremendously.
By bonding I mean that you want to feel the power the abuser had over you. You want to be in his place and possibly hurting him. I hope this helps, Also go easy on your self with this sexual abuse stuff. Give your self time and space when dealing with the abuse.
