If you are both underage then at least one parent on each side must sign a document stating they are willing to allow this marriage. This must be true because no Pastor would be willing to marry you otherwise as it would be illegal. Marcy
No, a marriage is legal only if it adheres to the laws of the state in which the marriage takes place.
Your sister will need to be appointed by the appropriate court. With your parents' consent it should go fairly easily.
Whatever age your parents are willing to sign a consent form. If you're under 18, you won't be able to get any body modifications done without parental consent.
Yes, if the child has not yet reached the age of majority in the state or country where he/she resides. Otherwise, a custody modification may only be done with the approval of the court and/or with permission of the parent(s) or guardian with physical and legal custody. In the United States, age of majority varies by state. In most states, it is 18 but can be 19 or even as high as 21.
yes
because they are willing to take care of you and they love you
No, the age of 17 is not yet an adult. Until majority is reached the parents are responsible.
It depends on the area you live in first of all - you'll have to check with you local marriage laws/age of majority. Might I suggest that you wait a while and see how your relationship goes before jumping into marriage at such a young age - are you willing to risk your relationship with your family. Being in a committed relationship is the same as being married just without a piece of paper.
Pastor Warren says he is willing to tolerate gays without approving of them. He is opposed to same-sex marriage, but is willing to tolerate civil unions.
No. A parent's consent would not help. The legal age is 18, unless a parlor is willing to take the risk of getting fined.
I would be willing to bet on it.
Below 16 you need legal guardian's consent as well as the courts. Now your parents might be OK with it but I doubt the court would be. Marriage means more than just being allowed to marry, it also means you are emancipated. Just being in love or even have children (the 20yo would be charged with statutory rape in that case since age of consent is 18 with no close exemptions in Arizona) would not be good enough reason to let a minor age 14 to marry. You can ask your parents if they are willing to spend money on that but it would be smarter to wait until you are 16, or better yet 18.
