If the marriage is solemnized and registered under law and rules applicable then it will be recognized in the UK as well.
In general the UK recognizes marriages as valid if they were legal where entered into. However, up to four marriages are legal under the Shariah. A marriage might be legal in Pakistan to a second or multiple wives, but the marriage would not be legal in UK because UK laws are against bigamy or polygamy.
