Not on a public street or highway you can't. As far as the state of Oklahoma is concerned a motor vehicle is a motor vehicle. Regretably, I found this out the hard (and expensive) way.

2 wheels is what a moped has. a moped is basically in simple terms, a bicycle with an engine on it, thus the term MoPed, which is short for 2 words, motor pedal, which means a 2 wheel vehicle that has pedals, but has an engine on it too that can be used to make the bike move as an option but not required to make it move.

by federal regulation a moped is 50cc or less. in my state you can drive any size moped with a regular vehicle permit
