no.
No, because it is illegal to abuse a child and throwing the child out means abusing your child. Nosh-bosh
No. Giving a child drugs is child abuse and the person doing it can be arrested for drugs and child abuse.
I don't know about child abuse, but is certainly is irresponsible.
I THINK IT STARTS IN THE HOME AND AS THEY GET OLDER THEY MIGHT GROW OUT OF IT BUT THEY MAY NOT BECAUSE THERE HAS TO BE A REASON WHY THE CHILD IS MENTALLY ABUSING THE MOTHER.THE CHILD MAY HAVE SEEN SOME OTHER CHILD DOING THIS TO THEIR PARENT AND THINKING ITS OKAY OR THE MOTHER HERSELF WAS BEING ABUSED IN FRONT OF THE CHILD SO THE CHILD IS EXPRESSING THE SAME MENTAL ABUSE BECAUSE THE CHILD THINKS ITS OKAY.THIS CHILD NEEDS TO GET INTO SEE A THERAPIST FOR SOME HELP.
Yes. 13 is not yet an adult. So it is qualified as child abuse.
It depends on the amount of time they are left alone. If the child has all necesities then I would say, no, it is not abuse. A 17-year-old is no longer a child so it is not child abuse. They should be getting a job or going to higher education.
Hardly ... that could constitute "child endangerment" and/or "child abuse".
no
Assuming he did not clarify guardianship of the child, the child goes into the care of his parents, or other close relative, pending action on the part of the mother to get custody. You will need to present your evidence to the court of any abuse. He should clarify his intent in a Will.
If it really counts as "hitting", then it probably constitutes assault and battery, which is illegal almost everywhere.Spanking a child is legal in some places and not in others.
the child is in cps custody and is telling everyone that they don't want to return to the abuse in the adoptive home and wants to live with their biological mother does the twelve year old have rights here in Arizona
Need clarification on the question. Friend and his 15 year old child mother?
