It depends. You cannot say one is worse than the other simply by the type of storm. Each individual storm must be assessed individually to say how bad it is. Additionally, some nor'easters are blizzards.

The US does not typically name its blizzards, except by the year. Storms that come up along the coast / from the ocean may be called a noreaster. Otherwise, the blizzard that hit around Mon January 26, 2015 was just called an "historic" blizzard.
Depends where you are... If you are in northen and southern areas where is it very chilly, then a blizzard will be worse. If you live in Texas or Mexico, a drought would be worse.... Well, now since technology is enhancing, water can be spread into places of droughts...
