Yeah.Unless you want to lose weight. Walking and moving around is normal for our bodies so it's not enough to move to just move as much as you normally do, that is what the body is expected to do. If you are very over weight it can be hard to move and if you basically move nothing at all, 30 minute a day walk can start the change.
