Yes they are basicly the same The Passport number I believe is usually incorprated within the serial number.
I want to know the same thing, mine has a different serial number. my serial number is A185568
Yes, patent binding, perfect binding and adhesive binding are the same thing.
There are too many numbers in your serial number. Ithaca didn't make 1.8 million shotguns - the doubles ran to less than half a million. If the serial is really 184982, your Flues model was made between 1908 and 1926. The value will depend on which of the 11 grades you have and what its condition really is. That is not the serial number it's the patent number. I recently purchased an Ithaca 12 ga with the same patent number; however, I am unable to locate any serial number.
Yes, each item of any thing in the same model has a different serial number. It is the only way to tell which camera is which. Or anything else for that model. For instance, all Honda Accord cards produced in the year 2005 will have a different serial number. No two are alike.
A serial number and a PAC number are not the same. A PAC number is used for banking and is always a six digit code.
Generally speaking, the thing that makes all bank notes different is the serial number. Each serial number is only used once, and to further make it individualized, the serial number is combined with a letter (or letters) ensuring that no two bank notes will ever have exactly the same serial numbers.

No
Four genuine bills on a sheet will NOT have the same exact serial number.
That serial number has a manufacture date of 1904. THe patent date cast into the harp only tells when that feature...the harp...was last improved with a patent-worthy change....the same hapr might have been used for five, ten, 15 years, and still have the 1895 date cast into the metal. The serial number is the bit of information that will give you the date.....1904.
You will need to post the model number of the gun.Winchesters of different models can have the same serial number
