A polar bear's diet mostly consists of ringed and bearded seals. The bears hunt and eat them usually in the Arctic waters from ice floes. Polar bears are also foragers when they have no other food sources and will eat at those times at garbage dumps near human villages and towns.

∙ 13y agoPolar bears are an apex predator. That means that they are at the top of the food chain. The ONLY animals to prey upon Polar bears are us humans and the occasional Orca (Killer Whale).
