Anyone that is a follower of Jesus Christ is considered a disciple. So, the answer is yes. Those men closest to him that carried on his teachings were called apostles. Since priests did not have direct contact with Jesus, I would consider them as being more like disciples.
Priests and nuns are individuals who have decided to give everything they have, their very lives, to Christ. However, it is important to note that, although priests and nuns hand over their entire lives to Christ, they are NOT the only ones who are called to do that, the fact that the rest of us Christians are to live out our lives "in the world" still means that we are to hand over our entire life to Jesus. If we do not accept Him whole heartedly, we do not accept Him, period.
