it RRoD's every mounth. it breaks easily. the disk drive scratches the disk on occasions.
Sometimes, instead of a hard disk, solid-state memory, like what is in a USB drive (or thumb drive or USB stick, etc...), is used in laptops. More often, the hard drive is simply made physically less big to fit into the laptop computer's frame. A good example of miniaturized hard drives are large-capacity iPods, which store their data on a tiny hard drive within the device.
I recommend buying the largest hard disk drive available since technology continues to increase. I think buying a 2TB which stands for 2 terabytes would be great!
With hard disk reliabilities as good as they are, most likely no.
Yes. It's likely that any new computer would be a good replacement for a laptop with a hard drive problem.
first of all good day, my answer in that question is simple. The computer recognized the hard disk drive as a normal. he can be a slave nor a master. thank very much, that is only my opinion.
from a hard drive or from a good old fashioned floppy disk
It's not broke! For security reason EA does this to prevent people from copying their programs. The problem can usually be solved by making sure your CD or DVD drive (I have sims castaway DVD) is a non writable or rewritable. My sims wouldn't work until I installed a plain DVD drive. Everytime I tried to use my DVD/RW drive I got the "insert original disk" error message (1000). I hoped that helped everyone who is getting this error, and it's not just for Sims it's for all EA games from what I've read. Its obviously broke sorry x
No. If the hard disk crashes you will lose both the original and backup data. It is best to backup to separate disk for redundancy purposes.
Just buy a re hard disk from a known company and its reliable.Toshiba's and Western Digital's are good and you can also buy Seagate disks.
If a 360 scratches your disks then there is usually a problem with your disk drive. Scratches usually occur when the drive isn't able to get a good grip on the disk so the disk wobbles causing it to hit the tray and scratch it. Some minor scratches are common due to ordinary use because, after all, nothing's perfect.
Well, first you need a video camera. You take a video and you should get a disk in your Sims inventory. You also have to have a disk storage drive. Put the disk into the drive and click on the tv. This will only work if you have a good enough quality tv. You select the 'Play Home Movie' option, select the movie, and then watch!
