You can practice parkour anywhere.

yes of course. rock climbing trains almost everything u will need 2 b good at 4 parkour. it is 1 of the best ways to train 4 parkour, i think.
Its good for both.. I free run train and do parkour and i have to say it feels pretty comfortable and gets me moving around faster when i wear it
There some good walls around New Haven Middle School. Downtown would also be a good place to go. the thing about Fort Wayne is all the training spots are spread out. there's no one good place to train everything really.
DC skate shoes are not designed for running, which is a fairly significant aspect of parkour, since you have to run in order to maintain enough speed to jump up and over obstacles, walls, gaps, etc. Parkour requires shoes that will not shift around a lot, and therefore skate shoes, which do not fit as tightly as, say, running shoes, might not be the best choice. In my opinion, a set of trail running shoes would be better because they offer a snug fit as well as a more aggressive tread pattern, which will minimize slips and falls. Skate shoes do not typically offer very good tread. Trail runnning shoes are also lighter and more flexible, which also seems better for parkour.
Any shoe is good for parkour; the movements are what important.
The only good place to train is the elite four unfortunately.
Yes It takes massive upper body strength and leg strength to parkour
A good way is to start working out. You have to be pretty fit to do Parkour since it involves a lot of physical work. Its like urban gymnastics. You shouldn't try to do it yourself either since you can get seriously hurt. You should search for places around you that teach Parkour which can easily be done with Google or something. Parkour is more common in Europe but is still taught in the United States, but in major cities.
all over that place.
Train Station and Skate Parks are good places.
Any type of shoes are good parkour; being able to the movements properly is more important.
