No each spark plug takes turns at making a spark. If the firing order is 1342 then they spark in that order while 1 is sparking the others are not. The plugs spark when the piston is up on the compression stroke and not all pistons are compressing at the same time.
Though this happens very fast, but I still think they are not all sparking at the same time.
By creating a spark it ignites the fuel in an engine which explodes causing the cylinder to move.
Remove the spark plug wire from the spark plug and make sure it will not touch the spark plug. Or, you can remove the spark plug, but be sure and cover the hole so no debris will fall into the cylinder.
#1 spark plug is always located at the cylinder closest to the belts.
A spark plug works by using a high voltage energy pulse. The electricity arcs the gap between the anode and trhe cathode creating a spark. The spark ignites the fuel / air mixture in the cylinder.
You have plug testers, which you fit closely around each wire, near the plug, these will flash an LED each time spark occurs.
If you mean that the wire came out of the boot, then pull the boot off of the spark plug and use a spark plug socket to remove the spark plug.
The spark plug gap for a 1999 Honda Civic LX is 0.044. You can use a plug gap tester to check the proper gap. You should always check the gap on all spark plugs prior to replacing the spark plugs.
A Coil On Plug ignition system has a coil for each spark plug ( the 5.4 L has always been Coil On Plug - C.O.P. ) the newer 4.6 L are now Coil On Plug instead of having 2 coil packs - each coil pack handling 4 engine cylinders / spark plugs and using spark plug wires
Yes - you should always double check the spark plug gap is correct. See "Related Questions" below for more

To change the spark plugs in a Chevy Celebrity: 1. Give the spark plug boot a twist to free it up from the spark plug, then pull on the boot to remove the spark plug wire from the spark plug. 2. Use a 5/8" spark plug socket with an extension and ratchet or breaker bar to loosen then remove the spark plug. 3. Set the gap on the new plug to .045" then screw it back into the spark plug hole in the head. Tighten the spark plug and replace the spark plug wire. I change the spark plugs one at a time to keep from getting the spark plug wires on the wrong spark plug.
No There are many types of spark plug. They differ in size, heat range and amount of electrodes fitted. To avoid damage to an engine always use the recommended spark plug for that engine. The wrong plug will cause massive engine damage at times.
