Dolphin are carnivores- they feed upon smaller fish. By the way, dolphins are not actaully fish but mammals- they do not have gills, but breathe through a blow-hole in the same way a whale does.

they may have meant dolphin fish (aka mahi-mahi), but i still believe they're carnivores
