Moonlighting is any job one has, secondary to a primary job. It doesn't necessarily relate to the primary job in any way. In most cases the primary job employer is not informed of the employee's secondary job.

Often, a person will have "primary" insurance and "secondary" insurance. For example, if you have insurance through your job, and your husband has insurance through his job, then your primary insurance will be the one through your job, and your secondary insurance will be the one through your husband's job. Also, your husband's insurance through his job will be his primary, and yours through your job will be his secondary. There can be some exceptions to this though. For example, if you were married, had a child, then divorced and remarried (retaining custody of the child), and both your ex and current husbands have insurance through work, then the one who's birthday is first is considered the "primary" insurance, and the other is the "secondary" insurance. But there will still be a deductible with each one that has to be met before either one will pay.
Simple Answer... Coz agriculture sector has 65% of population but contributes to only 15% of GDP. but tertiary sector has 15-20% of the population but contributes to 65% of GDP. Due to industrialization....primary and secondary sector modernized thus creating more chances of employment and greater payment of work. Tertiary sector's industries and HQ's are all set up in cities and offer greater salary...facilities...standard of living...job security [sometimes] and insurance [not in all industries].
A primary job is a job where you produce a raw material, e.g. farming, fishing, etc. A secondary job is when you use raw materials to make a product e.g. plastic moulding, bread making, house building. A tertiary job is when you provide a service e.g. teaching, fireman, nurse, doctor, etc. There is also another group called quaternary. This group is the minority that think up and produce extremely high-tech technology, like the people who invented the iPod and the PC etc. However, this is a very specialized group and are not usually mentioned.
Depends on your profession. If you are a teacher in primary and secondary education, it is important because it is your responsibility to ensure that the students pass or do well so that the parents do not complain against the principal and make you lose your job. If you are a teacher/professor in university, it really is not important, but recommended if you want to be liked by your students.
