You can help the circulatory system by maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding smoking. Getting regular exercise is also important.
Exercise and a healthy diet leads to maintaining a strong circulatory system because people who eat poorly can have clogged circulatory passageways. The circulatory system is also propelled by a system of muscles, therefore exercise may increase the efficiency of overall muscle performance. Exercise also increases heart rate, and makes the heart stronger. Since the heart is one of the main pumps of the circulatory system, a stronger heart would prove to create a stronger circulatory system.

Vitamin B2 - Riboflavin. (skin) Vitamin C and E - for the circulatory system. Vitamin A ( skin ) Good sources of vitamin B2 Riboflavin is found naturally in asparagus, popcorn, bananas, persimmons, okra, chard, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, meat, eggs, fish, and green beans (particularly on the ends), each of which contain at least 0.1 mg of the vitamin per 3--10.5 oz (85--300 g) serving.. Other sources specify cheese, leafy green vegetables, liver, kidneys, legumes, tomatoes, yeast, mushrooms, and almonds. Riboflavin is destroyed by exposure to ultraviolet light, so milk sold in transparent (glass/plastic) bottles will likely contain less riboflavin than milk sold in opaque containers. I recommend to take the full B Complex. Yogurt is also good for you.
