No. It was a new feature released in Beta 1.4.
No, it's a texture pack.
It could just be a build with a texture pack.
there is none unless you get a texture pack or mod
You can't unless you have a mod, hacking into Minecraft, or have a texture pack.
You need to update your texture pack to the same version as Minecraft.Every time Minecraft updates the game it will break almost every mod/texture pack so the mod writers have to update them to run right again. It can take hours or weeks depending on how large the mod or texture pack is to update them again.
depends if it was caused by a mod or a texture pack. if the last thing you added to your bin was a mod, delete meta inf, if it a texture pack delete the texture pack or download a pacher.

A mod (short for modification) is anything that changes the game play of Minecraft in any way. A mod is not to be confused with a texture pack, which merely changes the appearance of the game
You dont put them in your texture pack folder, hence the name "texture pack folder". You need to get a program such as 7ZIP or WINRAR and extract both the mod folder and MC jar. Drag ALL mod files in the MC Jar and delete "Meta-Inf"
He's using a shader mod, not a texture pack.
Creating or modifying Minecraft mods require knowledge of game coding mechanics. If you have no idea how to program or edit source codes for games or mods, you are advised to not even attempt it. One small slip up in the coding can permanently damage your game or your computer. That being said, you need permission from the creator of a mod or texture pack before you can edit them. So, if you wish to modify an existing mod or texture pack, ask the original person who created it via the Minecraft forums.
Unfortunately, no. The Zeppelin mod was removed from technic.
