PS3 is way better and right now August 24 2011 for $300 you can get the system with Infamous 2 and a PS3 with a 320 GB Harddrive or a 320 GB + Move Bundle for $350. The 160 GB model is only $250 it's lowest price.
I really think you meant which is better the Xbox 360 or PS3, but that was not what was asked and there is no doubt even the PS2 is better than the Xbox.
Both the Xbox 360 Kinect bundle with 250 GB and the Xbox 360 gears of war 3 320 GB models are $400 and the PS3 320 GB + Move Bundle at $350 and the PS3 320 GB Infamous 2 Bundle are cheaper, have free online, and play Blue Ray Discs
