Not really. Pregnancy symptoms generally consist of a missed period, implantation bleeding, sore/swollen nipples, color change in nipples, nausea, fatigue, etc. Although not all women have all or any of these pregnancy symptoms. The sharp pain could be gas, menstrual cramping, ovulation or other reasons as well.
Actually, I had very strong sudden abdominal pains that only lasted a few seconds. Comes to find out that I was pregnant. It was like the pain just shot through my body. I was also spotting at the time...so I decided to see a doctor...you may wanna do that!
Not that I have ever heard of. But if you are still unsure if you are pregnant, take a home test. It could just have been a bad case of gas. People have thought they were having heart attacks it was so severe. Or you may want to go see a doctor. But if you have no other symptoms, I'd say you aren't pregnant, it doesn't sound like a normal symptom of pregnancy to me.
I've never heard of that. That's really uncommon if you are pregnant. But that could mean there's something wrong with you and you have a stomach virus or another medical problem but not pregnancy.
Actually, I had shap pains during early pregnancy , more like menstrual pain. The doctor told me that it was due to uterus growing / stretching.
i have had sharp pains in my tummy while ive been pregant, but it was just stretching and making room for the baby. i also have menstrual like cramps every once in a while, but that is normal
i always have a very sharp pain that runs through my lower stomach area (lasts up to 15 sec).... i would not be worried. this has happened to me for over 2 years now.
not all abdominal pain is a sign of pregnancy it could be signs of some other medical reason if you are unsure you should speak with your doctor especially if you are having severe pain on a regular basis
Hi I found out I'm a month pregnant and one of the major signs for me is bloating I hardly ever had bloating but I have it all the time now(it's horrible). As for the sharp pains I havent really had any I've had it one time in the middle of the abdomon but it was mild if your having strong sharp pains you should probley see a doctor just to see if somethings wrong. good luck!
I had heart burn and acid reflux my entire first pregnancy. This time, I'm eating smaller, less rich meals and the heart burn is minimal. I also get strong gas pains if I don't "go" regularly. If you missed a period, take a test.
No. It could be sign of infection or even PMS.
No It's a sign of pms. You don't get sharp pains in the stomach during pregnancy.
Sometimes, it is far more likely to be caused by something else.
Hello, It can be yes. But a sharp pain is not a pregnancy symptom.
no
uh....YES
Yes
Bad pain should be checked out but cramping can be a sign of pregnancy.
A sharp pain can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy or an inplantaion pain.
it depends where it is.
it could be something as simple as you ate something that doesnt agree with you. if your that worried you should go see a doctor or just buy a pregnancy test.
Then you're not pregnant. Those are just PMS symptoms (except foot pain, which isn't really a pregnancy symptom either until about 32+ weeks)
i have a sharp pain on the bottom of my left side. is that where the baby is?
A sharp pain to the right side of your bellybutton, accompanied by fever or nausea and vomiting could indicate appendicitis. Lower right or left side pain sometimes indicates ovulations. Generally not so much pregnancy.
Bad pain or stomach cramps are not a common sign of pregnancy but can happen. This can be caused by a fallopian cyst or by a tubal pregnancy so it should be evaluated by your medical provider.
