Yes acid snow is real its like acid rain but in snow form.
Real snow is created by in nature when water vapor in the air condenses into ice crystals. As the crystals accumulate, the fall to the ground creating real snow. Artificial snow, or fake snow, is produced by spraying water as a mist into the air when it is cold enough to freeze as ice crystals. The artificial snow can often be just as good as real snow.

Snow is made from water evaporated into clouds and then when it falls,if its cold enough it freezes and turns into snow.
Acid Rain. WHAT NAO?!
In theory, snow should not have and acid in it, the reason is that water has a Ph of 7(neutral), but where I'm from(northern VA) the water is alittle acidic. It really should be neutral but it depends on your location, pollution, etc...

The acidity of the either type of rain depends on the concentration of acid discharge in that area. Liquid water can absorb more acid than snow although.
Harte's hypothesis was that acid rain was falling as winter snow on the Rockies. The acid was released when the snow melted in the spring.

Acid rain or snow is a serious environmental problem that affects large parts of the United States and Canada. Acid rain and snow is very damaging to the ecosystems in these areas.
That all depends on the amount of acid or other material in the air when the snow is formed.
A real world example of an acid is a lemon (a source of citric acid) or an aspirin (a derivative of salicylic acid).
