a lot of ecstasy pills that people get today contain methamphetamine which will cause a person to break out and some behavior while intoxicated may also contribute but overall i wouldn't say that acne is a sign of ecstasy use. if i saw a friend and they seemed to have broken out, just based on that i would never just say "i think so-and-so has been doing too much ecstasy lately"
