Yes, Adultery is illegal in Georgia. O.C.G.A. 16-6-19 states that a married person commits the offense of adultery when he or she voluntarily has sexual intercourse with a person other than his or her spouse and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as for a misdemeanor.

This law is almost impossible to enforce. If challenged, it would mostly likely be ruled unconstitutional.
