Airsoft guns are illegal in Fort Collins because they are so deadlly. exept in two circumstances:

1. For self defence and home protection and life or death situations

2. Hunters are able to posses the guns during hunting season with a valid tag for big game only and not small game. It is illegal to hunt small game with airsoft guns do to the fact that a small game animal would explode if shot because of the amount of muzzle energy an airsoft gun exerts.

3. JUst to be on the safe side be sure to contact your local sheriffs department if planning on obtaining one.

Nope it is not, at least not on public property. But in your backyard or in a second house you own used for airsoft wars. I had the po po yell at me for playing in public.
