Fried chicken is a traditional Southern food but is eaten all over America.
fried, is when you cook any food in the frying pan and keep the saturated fat with it. Deep fried food, is when you cook it with FAT/OIL and keep the saturated fat as well. You can also distinguish between shallow fried and deep fried. Shallow fried is where you fry food in a little bit of oil in a frying pan, while deep fried refers to when you fry food in a lot of oil so that it is completely submerged in the oil while it is frying.
It means that you're using enough oil to completely cover the food so that it cooks all the way through without having to turn it.
Uncooked - As many as you want Pan fried - If you were to mash it all into a ball, about the size of two fists. Deep fried - If you were to mash it all into a ball, about the size of one fist. Double deep fried - A palm full. Triple deep fried - Eat it in the parking lot of a hospital. Problem, cardiovascular system?

Kentucky Fried Chicken is just that: fried. Deep fried. This means that the chicken and the coating around that chicken is very high in cholesterol, saturated fatty acids and trans fats. All of these fats, especially if too much is ingested, is very bad for you and can cause significant weight gain an other problems if too much deep-fried food is eaten, like clogged arteries, diabetes, heart problems, etc.
Probably Chinese Food, but it is not so simple. It really depends on how you define frying. China and Japan both have deep-frying as a method of food preparation, but this is a minority cooking style. Korea has no deep-frying (except for foreign cuisine imports like french fries). However, all three cuisines use various forms of stir-frying and sauteing, which may be considered to be frying. It all depends on how you look at it.It is probably the hardest to find Chinese food that is not fried in some way (and not a soup) than it would be for you to find non-fried Korean or Japanese food, and so I would be inclined to say that China has more fried foods, but you can find many fried Japanese foods (okonomiyaki, tempura, teriyaki) and many fried Korean foods (pajeon, japchae, fried chicken). It is also worth noting that Chinese food in the United States and other Western countries is very dissimilar to Chinese food that you would find in China, especially in the more rural areas. It is similar to how Tex-Mex or Taco Bell is quite different from actual Mexican food.
No. Rice has no fat at all. It would become a fatty food when it is fried.
