In questions of theology, all answers are highly debatable. In this case, I could easily argue that God's creation includes not only the universe in which we presently are living, but also the afterlife of Heaven and Hell, hence, his creation is indeed bigger than a universe. And who knows what else God may have created. He doesn't necessarily tell us everything. For all I know He also created a million other universes about which we know nothing.
